which just sold for $11.5 million. That's a lot of radio ads.

but don't you think this is a bit ... oh ... I don't know ... Gallic? Maybe it should be spelled Roushbauex.

I looked at the photo and figured that they had the painting on the ceiling so you would not have to look out the window to the left (not a great view from what you can see in the photo.) Also found it interesting (in the vein of truth in advertising) that the building was given permission to us a Fifth Ave. address when it is actually on 86th Street a few hundred feet from Fifth Ave.
